Thank you for using SnapTravel. This Website as well as all information provided via SMS, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Slack, Amazon Alexa and other text based communications services are collectively known as the “Medium”. The terms "we", "us", "our" and "SnapTravel" refer to Wise Travel Inc., a Delaware incorporated company and/or our subsidiaries. The term "you" refers to the customer visiting the Medium. 

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the Agreement. To the extent you book any travel products or services on this Medium through our platform, you agree that this Agreement shall apply to all such transactions. Please read the Agreement carefully.

These terms apply to your access and use of our service. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Any features, content, tools, and/or messages accessible by means of the Medium

2. Emails, text messages and social media accounts owned, operated or provided by SnapTravel

3. Hotel accommodations booked through the Medium

4. Credits and other benefits associated with the Business Traveller Program

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy, known as the “Agreement”. To the extent you book any travel products or services on this Medium through our platform, you agree that this Agreement shall apply to all such transactions. Please read the Agreement carefully.

All content, services, and prices provided to you through our platform are provided on an “as is” basis. SnapTravel cannot warrant anything of any kind, express or implied.

SnapTravel is not responsible for any failures caused by server errors, failed internet connections, any computer or other technical defect, whether human or technical in nature.

No guarantees are made regarding the availability of hotel inventory, that a user will always receive the lowest available price, and the validity of any content provided to us by a third-party site.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in addition to all other limitations and disclaimers in these terms and conditions, SnapTravel disclaims any liability or loss in connection with the products sold and services provided. Users are to use our services at their own risk and discretion.


As a condition of your use of our services, you warrant that:

i. you are at least 18 years of age,

ii. you possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation,

iii. you will only use our services to make legitimate reservations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act,

v. you will inform such other persons about the terms and conditions that apply to the reservations you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.


The SnapTravel service is only available to users with a unique identifier (facebook user ID, slack user ID...) who are able to authenticate via a secure login. Your identifier is used to create a member profile - along with a unique membership ID - within our system.

You agree not to share your membership ID and password, or any other means of accessing your SnapTravel membership with anyone at any time. Hotels and rates presented to you are exclusively available to you based on your membership ID - and cannot be shared. You are fully responsible for all liability and damages resulting from your failure to maintain that confidentiality and all activities that occur through the use of your account, including the Business Traveller Rewards program.


SnapTravel Business Traveller is a SnapTravel loyalty program (the “Program”). When you book and stay with our Business Traveller program , we give you credits to redeem toward a future hotel booking. You can only collect or redeem credits at an eligible SnapTravel hotel property.

The Program is open to any SnapTravel member that receives and accepts an invitation. Business Traveller Program members are responsible for ensuring their account details are up to date, and that they are using the correct membership profile when collecting & redeeming credits.

4.1 Collecting credits

You will collect credits for every dollar you save on an eligible SnapTravel booking. The credits earned are equal to the savings made on your hotel booking ($30 USD saved = 30 USD in credits). If you use different currencies when collecting credits, the value of your credits is stored in the currency used for the booking.

Only Program members collect credits. Other guests on the same booking do not, and you cannot collect nights for any hotel bookings you made before you joined the Program.

We will add credits to your account 24 hours after you check out of the booking. You can check your point balance by reviewing the last confirmation email sent from SnapTravel or messaging us directly on any Medium. If you collect credits but we later believe that you did not complete your hotel stay, we reserve the right to remove these credits from your account.

Your nights will not expire as long as you keep your account active at least once every 12 months. This means you must make a booking in that time, and when you do, the expiry date will be extended for another 12 months. If you do not collect credits in a 12 month period, your credits will expire and not be reissued.

4.2 Redeeming credits

You can redeem your credits on any hotel booking made on SnapTravel, effective immediately after joining the Program. Bookings made with credits are subject to all applicable booking terms and conditions. Credits may only be redeemed for bookings made in the same currency. Credits have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash, other reward programs, or credits in another currency.

Bookings made through credits are subject to all applicable cancellation policies that are passed onto us by the SnapTravel property. If you cancel a booking within the property’s cancellation window, we will return it to your account within 24 hours of your cancellation. If you cancel a booking made with credits outside of the property’s cancellation window, the credits will not be returned to your account.


SnapTravel works with several suppliers of hotel rooms. When a hotel room is booked with a particular supplier, all of the suppliers terms and conditions will also be in effect towards your booking.

When the hotel supplier is Travelscape LLC or Vacationspot, SL - you are bound to additional terms and conditions

If any part of the suppliers’ terms and conditions are violated, we reserve full rights to cancel your reservations and make changes accordingly. You will be responsible for all fees that arise from making such changes should it be applicable .


You acknowledge that some rates have to be prepaid, and some rates can be paid later at the hotel. If you select a prepaid rate, you will be charged the full amount of the reservation immediately following the completion of the booking form. If you select a pay later rate, you will pay the hotel upon arrival in their preferred currency for the full reservation amount. You understand that tax rates and foreign exchange rates could change in the time between booking and the stay.

Transaction fees may apply when booking in a foreign country or in a foreign currency. These fees will be applied to the cardholder’s account by the card issuing bank, independent from SnapTravel. If you have any questions about these fees or any exchange rates applied to your booking, please contact your bank.


We will do our best to pass on your special requests to the hotel - but we cannot guarantee any special requests that you make. You must contact the hotel directly to confirm the availability of any extra items or special requests.


You can change or cancel your reservations by chatting with SnapTravel through one of the available mediums. However, change/cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the booking conditions. You agree to pay any required cancellation or change fees that you may incur.

In the event that a hotel is unable to honour your booking, SnapTravel will not be liable for any cost incurred due to relocation.


Currency rates are based on various publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. When paying in a different currency, the conversion rate is determined by the card issuing bank and SnapTravel can only provide you with an estimate.


You shall indemnify and hold harmless SnapTravel’s affiliates or their respective suppliers and any of our managers, employees, advisors, investors, and agents from and against any claims, causes of action, losses, damages, fines, penalties or other costs or expenses of any nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by third parties as a result of the following:

i. Violation of our terms and conditions

ii. Direct violation of the law

iii. Use of our services


The content, pricing information, and services provided by this Medium may include inaccuracies or errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information presented to you.

All information regarding hotels provided to you are intended as only general guidelines, and we cannot be held accountable for any discrepancies found in our information. Under no circumstances will SnapTravel be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from breach of this agreement.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in no event shall SnapTravel’s aggregate liability arising out of or with respect to this agreement exceed the total amount paid by the user under, or in connection with this agreement for the booking that was made that gave rise to the claim.


We reserve the right to discontinue your membership if you act fraudulently or use our services in a way that does not comply with our terms and conditions, or any federal or state laws, regulations, statutes or ordinances. If we discontinue your membership, you may lose your collected points. Our decision on all questions or disputes regarding SnapTravel membership is final.

The most current version will always be available on the Website. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, you may stop using the service at your discretion.
